This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for marketing, growth, ROAS, profitability, and business outcomes — not just execute campaigns.

Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience is mandatory. Prior experience in the EdTech industry is also mandatory. Candidates without the required experience or with limited exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, performance marketing, and the EdTech ecosystem should not apply.
If you want to simply manage campaigns, this role is not for you.
If you want to own growth and understand how an entire business is built and scaled, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Strategy: Develop winning creative concepts, hooks, messaging, and testing strategies.
Performance Marketing: Own Google Ads & Meta Ads and optimize campaigns for quality leads, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
Analytics & Reporting:



Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, revenue, and funnel performance.
Profitability: Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on profitable revenue and acquisition economics.
SEO & Organic Growth: Drive strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and conversions.
Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities across the complete marketing and sales funnel.

REQUIRED TECH STACK
Google Ads Dashboard • Meta Ads Manager • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Search Console • Microsoft Clarity • Looker Studio • Ad Spying/Competitor Intelligence Tools
Bonus: Google Tag Manager, CRM, WhatsApp/Marketing Automation & Conversion Tracking experience.

WHAT WE EXPECT
5–8 years of relevant digital/performance marketing experience.
Mandatory prior experience in the EdTech industry.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Proven track record of improving ROAS, CAC, lead quality, and revenue.
