About the role:
We are looking for a proactive, analytical and hands-on Assistant Manager – Fraud Operations & Investigation. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day fraud investigation operations, leading a team of Fraud Investigators, ensuring timely and accurate case resolution, monitoring fraud alerts, identifying emerging fraud patterns and driving actions to minimise financial and reputational losses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Fraud Operations & Investigation
Own day-to-day Fraud Investigation operations and ensure timely closure of fraud cases within defined SLAs/TATs.




Lead the investigation of potential fraud activity across slice products and channels.
Review complex, high-risk and escalated fraud cases and provide appropriate recommendations and decisions.
Ensure the team gathers all relevant information and conducts thorough, objective investigations.
Monitor fraud alerts and ensure timely action on critical and high-risk cases.
Initiate urgent actions wherever required to minimise financial and reputational loss.
Review and approve investigation reports for accuracy, completeness and quality.
Team Management
Lead, coach and mentor a team of Fraud Investigators/Associates.
Allocate cases based on priority, complexity and team capacity.
Monitor team productivity, quality, TAT and SLA adherence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback and coaching.
Identify capability gaps and drive training and upskilling initiatives.
Support hiring, onboarding and training of current team members.
