Role Description The Customer Care Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and service teams, and following up on pending cases to ensure closure. The role involves providing product and service information, guiding customers on after-sales processes, and supporting warranty and installation-related queries. The Customer Care Executive will also contribute to improving customer satisfaction by tracking feedback, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting process enhancements.
