Role Description The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily café operations, including managing food and beverage service, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The manager coordinates staff schedules, trains team members, and supports a culture of excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, optimizing operational processes, handling guest feedback, and collaborating with leadership to maintain Kaffibar’s health-focused brand standards.




Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including workflow optimization and oversight of daily café operations.
Candidates should possess Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with knowledge of menu execution, product quality, and hygiene standards.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest queries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall experience.
Candidates should have experience leading teams, including staff training, performance management, and scheduling.
Candidates should demonstrate robust organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management; a relevant diploma or degree in hospitality or management is an asset.
