About the Role:

Live Forever Academy is looking for motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development / Lead Generation Associates to join our remote team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and supporting the business development process across our projects and service offerings.
This is a purely commission-based prospect, making it suitable for individuals who are comfortable working independently and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Projects & Service Offerings:

Candidates may be assigned to generate leads for one or more of the following:
Nexus Business School
International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
HR Services & POSH Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients, organizations, professionals, and decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media, online research, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.




Identify prospects relevant to the assigned project or service.
Initiate communication with potential leads through appropriate channels.
Introduce the relevant project/service professionally to prospective clients.
Understand basic prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads and prospect information.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective leads.
Share qualified leads and relevant prospect information with the internal team.
Track lead-generation activities and maintain proper records.
Work towards assigned lead-generation and performance targets.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding lead quality, follow-ups, and prospect status.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with prospects and business information.
