TCS is hiring for the role "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admin".
Location : Hyderabad
Experience: 6 to 8 years

Job Requirements:

Overall, 6–8 years of experience in IT administration
Minimum 4 years of expertise in Power Platform administration.
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM administration, workplace management, user and security administration.
,Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

6 to 8 + years of Power Platform administration
Environment Management
Create, configure, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) via Power Platform Admin Center.
Perform environment copy, reset, and removal as per organizational policies.
Monitor environment health and resolve issues related to access, performance, and configuration.
User & Security Administration
Manage user access, security roles, and security groups.
Coordinate with Environment Owners for role assignments and privilege escalations.
Ensure compliance with PIM (Privileged Identity Management)



and tenant-level security standards.
Storage & Resource Management
Monitor Dataverse storage usage (Database, File, Log).
Advise on storage compliance and coordinate cleanup or purchase of additional capacity.
Track and report resource utilization (apps, flows, portals, Power Pages sites).
Governance & Compliance
Implement and enforce ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices.
Maintain SOPs for environment setup, mailbox activation, and portal configuration.
Ensure adherence to Microsoft licensing and subscription requirements.
Issue Resolution & Support
Act as L3 support for tenant-level issues in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Engage with Microsoft Support for escalations and troubleshooting.
Provide KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions and documentation for new Joiners.
Communication & Reporting
Draft formal communications for environmental changes, compliance notices, and advisory updates.
