Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for Fuzia Talent’s growth execution services.



Day-to-day activities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting discovery conversations, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions aligned with their business goals. The role involves maintaining an organized sales pipeline, following up consistently with prospects, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality client experiences. The Inside Sales Specialist will track key metrics, update CRM records, and provide feedback on lead quality and sales processes to support continuous improvement. This position requires proactive communication, a consultative sales approach, and a strong focus on building trusted relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
