Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Hyderabad location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team, coordinating logistics, ensuring quality control, and achieving business targets.
The Branch Manager will also be responsible for customer relationship management and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience of 7 years in the freight forwarding industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Knowledge of supply chain management
Proficiency in using transportation management systems
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with the local market and industry networks in Mumbai is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field
