Job Summary: The Senior Legal Advisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all legal aspects of the organization's real estate operations, including property acquisitions, due diligence, litigation management, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and providing strategic legal counsel to the management on all business and development matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Verification: Lead the review and verification of property documents, titles, deeds, development agreements, and legal records to ensure compliance with Indian legal standards and safeguard the organization's interests.




Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize complex real estate agreements, including sale deeds, joint development agreements, lease deeds, construction contracts, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Due Diligence: Supervise comprehensive legal due diligence for land acquisitions, property transactions, and development projects with a solid focus on Karnataka's property laws, land revenue regulations, and statutory compliances.
