The candidate will be responsible for estimation, quantity surveying, contractor billing, cost control,
budgeting, and commercial management for large-scale township developments, ensuring timely
execution within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Estimation & BOQ
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings.
Perform rate analysis and cost benchmarking.
Support project budgeting and tendering.
Quantity Surveying
Verify quantities and measurements at site.
Monitor quantity variations and prepare reconciliation statements.
Assess commercial impact of design changes.
Billing & Commercial
Verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
Certify work completed as per BOQ and contract.
Coordinate with Finance for timely payment processing.
Maintain billing records and commercial documentation.
Cost Control
Track project budgets and monitor cost variances.
Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities.
Tendering & Contracts
Assist in preparation of tender documents and BOQs.
Evaluate vendor quotations and commercial bids.
Support contract administration and change order management.
Coordination
Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Consultants, and Finance teams.
Ensure commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Expectations
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in large integrated townships, luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure
projects is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of BOQs, RA Bills, rate analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum Job Experience
3–7 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying & Billing.
