MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 9 years of experience in partnerships, corporate business development,
management consulting, or enterprise negotiation within the technology,
media, telecom, or consumer conglomerate sectors.
* Experience in non-cash asset valuation, value-in-kind structuring,
intellectual property licensing, and risk management.
* Experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI and agentic capabilities) for
marketing partnerships.
* Experience structuring and facilitating multi-party commercial agreements or
alliances with C-suite executives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Matrix Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead through influence across
complex, matrixed global organizations, aligning cross-functional teams
(Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) behind a shared goal.
* Ecosystem Expertise: Deep commercial understanding of the Indian consumer
ecosystem, digital landscape, and cultural touchpoints (Gaming,
Entertainment, Sports,



Vernacular).

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android)
or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform,
Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every
facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming,
competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you
help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work
with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal,
webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be
involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
