We’re Hiring | Senior Retention & CRM Manager
Deyga is looking for a Senior Retention & CRM Manager who can take complete ownership of our customer retention engine.
This is not just a WhatsApp marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can understand customers, build the right lifecycle strategy and own the numbers from strategy to execution.
What you’ll own:
* Set and achieve retention & repeat-purchase targets
* Build and manage the complete customer lifecycle
* Own WhatsApp retargeting, campaigns & automation
* Drive repeat purchases, reactivation, cross-sell & upsell
* Build customer segments and personalised journeys
* Track Retention, LTV, Repeat Rate, CRM Revenue & ROI
* Identify gaps, build strategies and take them to execution
* Work closely with the creative, performance & e-commerce teams
What we’re looking for:
Someone with strong ownership, commercial thinking and a bias for action.
Someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Someone who can look at the numbers and say:
“This is the problem. This is what we’re going to do about it. And I’ll own the result.”
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp CRM / BiteSpeed / WebEngage / MoEngage / Interakt or similar platforms is a strong plus.
