About Global Women Power
Global Women Power (GWP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women socially, economically, and personally. Our work focuses on education, economic chance, health awareness, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community-driven initiatives that help women become independent, confident, and empowered.
We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual who wants to be part of building and expanding meaningful initiatives for women in India, the United States, and globally.

About the Role
We are looking for someone with experience working with or volunteering for nonprofit organizations, NGOs, community organizations, or social-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about women's empowerment and comfortable communicating with women from different professional, social, and cultural backgrounds.
This person will play an important role in developing and coordinating new initiatives for Global Women Power, including connecting with successful women,



building relationships with professionals and community leaders, developing awareness initiatives, and supporting upcoming media and podcast projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with successful, inspiring, and accomplished women across different industries and professions.
Build and maintain relationships with women professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, educators, social workers, and changemakers.
Support the development and execution of women's empowerment initiatives and community programs.
Coordinate with women and organizations in both the U.S. and India.
Research potential speakers, mentors, guests, partners, and organizations for GWP initiatives.
Assist in developing and coordinating a Global Women Power podcast and other media initiatives featuring inspiring women and their stories.
Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, and other communication channels.
