Role Description The Media Head Hindi Region is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for leading content and media initiatives targeted at Hindi-speaking audiences. This role involves planning and executing media strategies across digital and traditional channels, overseeing creation of Hindi-language content, and aligning campaigns with Lanstitut’s brand and business objectives. The Media Head will manage media calendars,



coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and monitor performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. Daily activities include supervising content production, ensuring language and cultural relevance, guiding social media and campaign execution, and maintaining consistent messaging across platforms. The role also includes mentoring team members, identifying new media opportunities in the Hindi market, and providing regular reports on campaign outcomes and audience insights.
Qualifications
Strong experience in media planning, campaign management, and regional marketing for Hindi-speaking audiences.
Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written) with the ability to create, review, and approve high-quality media and content.
Experience managing social media channels, digital content workflows, and cooperative projects with cross-functional teams.
