About Position:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Software Engineer - Generative AI to join our Research & Innovation (R&I;) team. In this role, you will help design and build next-generation Agentic AI frameworks, AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and rapid prototypes that address real-world business challenges. What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and enhance Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows.
Build LLM-powered applications, AI copilots, chatbots, and domain-specific assistants.
Develop, optimize, and evaluate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)



pipelines and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
Create proof-of-concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and rapid prototypes for emerging AI use cases.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
Utilize frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration platforms to build scalable AI solutions.
Fine-tune prompts, evaluate LLM responses, and improve AI application performance and accuracy.
Deploy and manage AI applications using cloud-native technologies, containers, and orchestration platforms.
Collaborate with architects, researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to transform innovative concepts into production-ready solutions.
Contribute to design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements in AI engineering best practices.
