We are looking for an accomplished academic leader to lead the Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) program at a leading university in Pune.

This is an opportunity for an experienced academician to drive academic excellence, faculty leadership, program development, research, industry engagement and the overall growth of the EEE program.

? YOUR ROLE

Lead the overall academic and administrative functioning of the EEE program.
Drive academic quality, curriculum development and continuous program improvement.
Lead, mentor and develop the faculty team.
Strengthen industry–academia collaboration, internships, projects and placements.
Drive research, innovation, publications and consultancy.
Engage with students, faculty, industry and other academic stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic growth and positioning of the EEE program.

? ACADEMIC PEDIGREE — NON-NEGOTIABLE

Education pedigree is a critical selection criterion.

The Candidate Must Have





Bachelor’s → EEE

Master’s → EEE

PhD → EEE

Candidates should have completed all three degrees from reputed / valuable-quality colleges or universities.

Strong academic pedigree across Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD will be given significant importance.

Candidates with an unrelated discipline at any of these three levels will not be considered.

? WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We Are Looking For a Senior Academic Professional With

Strong academic experience in EEE.
Experience as Associate Professor / Professor / Program Head / Department-level academic leader preferred.
Strong experience in academic administration and program management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor faculty.
Strong research orientation, publications and/or industry engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
