Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing students and families to the appropriate team members. The receptionist manages the front desk area, schedules appointments,



maintains visitor logs, and handles basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with counselors, sharing information about services, and ensuring the reception area is professional and welcoming.
