We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Technical Team Lead to manage and lead our remote engineering team supporting IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), managed IT services, technical support, and project implementation activities.
The Technical Team Lead will act as the key coordination point between the remote engineering team, project teams, service coordinators, customers, and management, ensuring that technical resources are effectively utilised across both AMC support requirements and project implementation activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES ??
1. Lead and supervise the remote IT support team.
2. Assign and prioritize support tickets based on SLA and urgency.
3. Monitor ticket progress, backlog, escalations, and resolution times.
4. Support engineers with complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
5. Act as the main escalation point for unresolved customer issues.
6. Ensure high-quality remote support and customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate AMC support and preventive-maintenance activities.

Review recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
9. Ensure accurate ticket updates and technical documentation.
10. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and technical guidance.
11. Coordinate with onsite teams, vendors, and project teams when required.
12. Ensure customer systems, credentials, and data are handled securely.
13. Coordinate remote support for IT projects and implementations.
