Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development and Sales Executive role based in Bhopal. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in infrastructure and civil construction, developing relationships with clients, government bodies, and private developers, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The Executive will prepare proposals, bids,



and presentations, coordinate with project and engineering teams to align solutions with client requirements, and maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports. Day-to-day tasks include market research, competitor analysis, regular client meetings, follow-ups on leads, negotiation of commercial terms within company guidelines, and achievement of defined sales and revenue targets. The role also requires participation in industry events, tenders, and networking activities to strengthen DJV Infrastructure’s market presence in the region.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors, with understanding of civil projects, tenders, and contracting processes.
