With state-of-the-art machinery, the company produces 100,000 pieces of jewelry per month, adding 2,000 new designs each month.
Role Description
Define and drive the overall merchandising strategy to ensure market relevance and business profitability
Estimate demand and plan jewellery product orders
Analyze sales data, customer reactions, and market trends to forecast product needs
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design Diploma, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in merchandising (jewellery sector preferred).
Solid commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
