We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Co-Founder who wants to build, lead, and grow with us.

Company Description AdDrive is a marketing and advertising agency focused on helping brands grow, compete, and lead in a rapidly evolving marketplace. The company combines data-driven strategy with creative execution to deliver measurable results in awareness, engagement, and revenue. AdDrive’s process starts with understanding each client’s business goals, target audience, and competitive environment. Based on these insights, the team designs and runs integrated digital marketing and advertising initiatives that align brand vision with performance outcomes.
Role Description As a full time Co-Founder at AdDrive, you will help shape the company’s strategic direction, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including developing marketing and advertising strategies, reviewing campaign performance, and guiding the team on execution.



The role involves identifying new business opportunities, leading sales pitches, and collaborating on brand positioning and service offerings. You will work closely with partners to refine processes, manage budgets, and ensure delivery of high-quality, results-oriented campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work from home as business needs allow.
