Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroom
Provide individual or small group academic support to students when needed
Help with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materials
Assist with co-curricular activities, events, and field trips
Monitor student behavior and ensure a secure, positive classroom environment




Maintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teacher
Substitute for the lead teacher when required, under guidance

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus)
At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
Basic digital literacy for classroom support
