Role Purpose
The Head of Learning Operations is responsible for leading the global Learning Operations function, ensuring the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of learning services, learning technologies, and operational processes. The role provides strategic leadership for Learning Administration, Learning Management Systems (LMS), compliance learning, reporting and analytics, and the Learning Operations Analyst team to deliver an exceptional learner experience and data-driven business insights.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations Strategy
Define and execute the global Learning Operations strategy aligned with organizational learning and business priorities.
Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of learning services across employees, contractors, distributors, and external partners.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, automation, continuous improvement, and service innovation.
Establish governance frameworks, operational KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.




Learning Technology & LMS Management
Own the administration, governance, and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated learning platforms.
Ensure effective management of learning content, user access, learning assignments, certifications, and system configurations.
Partner with HR Technology and Information Systems teams to deliver system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and recent capabilities.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and technology governance standards.
Global Learning Administration
Lead the Global Learning Operations team responsible for learning administration across multiple regions and business units.
Manage the Learning Help Desk Level 2, ensuring timely resolution of learner, manager, and administrator queries while meeting agreed service levels.
