Sr Interior Designer (5+ Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid client management, site execution, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from concept development to final execution
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee on-site execution
• Manage communication with existing and new clients
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure timelines, quality, and detailing standards are maintained
• Support business development, new project discussions, and proposals
• Mentor and guide junior team members





Required Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven

Experience
5+ years of relevant experience

Compensation
