Role Description The Vendor Relations Specialist is a full-time,



remote role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key vendors and service providers that support ZenPiya’s consulting and engineering operations. This role involves negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring service levels and delivery timelines meet business requirements. The Vendor Relations Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs, coordinate vendor onboarding and compliance documentation, and resolve vendor-related issues in a timely and qualified manner. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate vendor records, analyzing spend and performance data, supporting budget and cost optimization efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement in vendor management processes. The role also requires proactive communication with vendors to align expectations, manage risk, and support long-term partnership success.
