About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Content and Visual Artist to own social media marketing content end-to-end across Totem and Velocity.
This is not a support role; you will drive strategy, design, edit, publish, and optimise content that directly impacts business growth. You bring both creative instinct and executional discipline. Speed matters, but never at the cost of quality or brand consistency.

A clear monthly and weekly content strategy aligned with business goals
A structured content calendar across all platforms

Consistent weekly output on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Growth in reach, saves, shares, engagement, and followers
A strong, recognisable visual identity across all formats and platforms

Key Responsibilities
• Develop social media strategies that tie directly to business objectives




• Build and manage monthly and weekly content calendars
• Design high-performing creatives including social posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and marketing assets
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) with solid hooks, sharp pacing, and on-brand captions
• Convert scripts, briefs, and raw ideas into polished visual content quickly
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that improve content performance
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to maintain a consistent publishing rhythm
• Follow a clean, repeatable workflow: Concept → Design/Edit → Publish → Analyse → Improve
• Optimise content based on engagement data, audience behaviour, and performance insights
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with Totem and Velocity's brand identity
