Role Summary

Lead the technical strategy and execution of personalized web experiences across global digital properties. This role is responsible for managing landing page production, audience activation through CDPs, and real-time content and offer personalization using Adobe Target, AEM, Adobe Analytics, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in personalization, decisioning frameworks, A/B testing, and digital production, along with experience leading teams and partnering with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver data-driven customer journeys and measurable business impact.
This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

• Lead the technical strategy and execution of personalized web experiences across global digital properties, driving customer engagement, conversion, and business growth through data-driven experiences.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of landing page production, managing web producers and personalization specialists to deliver high-quality content and targeted experiences at scale.
• Drive audience activation through Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Adobe Target, implementing real-time content personalization, offer targeting, and Next Best Offer decisioning frameworks.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate audience insights into scalable personalization strategies, A/B testing programs, and customer journey optimization initiatives.
