About Position:

Persistent is looking for a strategic and business-focused Learning Partner to join our Learning & Development team. This role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide talent development initiatives, enabling workforce readiness, and partnering with business leaders to build future-ready capabilities across the organization. As a trusted advisor to Delivery Heads, Competency Leaders, and Resource Management teams, you will own the end-to-end learning strategy for your assigned business unit, ensuring alignment between business priorities, workforce capability development, and organizational growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Learning & Talent Development
Partner with Delivery Leaders (DP/DH/GDH/CDO) to design and execute talent development and workforce capability strategies aligned to business goals.
Assess business challenges, capability gaps, and future skill requirements,



and develop targeted learning interventions to address them.
Collaborate with Competency Leads and Resource Management teams to identify skilling needs for bench resources and improve deployment readiness.
Drive organization-wide learning initiatives, including AI upskilling, hyperscaler certifications, flagship development programs, and role-based competency enhancement.
Enable revenue growth by improving customer interview success rates through strategic capability-building initiatives.
Capture and fulfill learning-on-demand requirements from business units by leveraging internal and external learning solutions.
Support customer-facing talent development initiatives, including customer-specific learning programs and university portal development.
Stakeholder & Business Partnering
Serve as the primary L&D; partner for assigned business units, providing consultative support on workforce capability planning and talent development.
