About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, creative and highly organized Podcast Executive to join our growing team. The person will be responsible for managing the podcast process end-to-end — from identifying interesting guests and coordinating with them to planning episodes, managing recordings and ensuring timely content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential podcast guests including CXOs, founders, entrepreneurs, industry experts and thought leaders.
Reach out to potential guests through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
Coordinate with guests for availability, scheduling, and podcast participation.
Maintain and manage the podcast guest pipeline and database.
Select studio, manage podcast recordings and coordinate with internal production teams.
Ensure smooth communication with guests before, during and after recording.




Assist in creating episode titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails and promotional content.
Ensure episodes are published and promoted across relevant platforms on time.
Track podcast performance, audience engagement, and content metrics.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Positive research and speaking skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple guests, episodes and deadlines simultaneously.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms.
Creative mindset with an understanding of content and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree any
Previous experience in podcasts, media, content creation, events, PR or business development will be an advantage.
Experience of working with senior professionals, founders or CXOs is preferred.
