About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and technically proficient Application Support Engineers to join our AMS (Application Management Services) team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, .NET technologies, Web Services, SQL Databases, and VBA development/support.
The role requires working in a agile production support environment with defined SLAs, ensuring application stability, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
The successful candidate should be adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of performing under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Maintenance
Provide L2/L3/L4 support for business-critical applications in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Monitor application performance and promptly resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.




Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems across applications, databases, and integrations.
Coordinate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
Manage application deployments, patching, configuration changes, and release support activities.
Technical Development & Enhancements
Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.
Create and consume Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
Maintain and support VBA-based solutions and automations used by business teams.
Implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and process improvements to improve application performance and user experience.
