Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role with Jalandhar as HQ. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, including establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals etc. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely order follow-ups and collections.



The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align inventory, marketing initiatives, and customer service. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in local events or exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including territory management and customer relationship building.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or related industries, ideally with Critical Care, Respiratory, Surgery equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Solid organizational, planning, and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
