Role Description The Growth Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain students and institutional partners across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day activities include planning and running performance marketing campaigns, managing marketing funnels, optimizing conversion rates, and leading experimentation around messaging, creatives,



and landing pages. The Growth Marketing Lead will collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, analyze campaign performance, and present data-driven insights to leadership. Additional responsibilities include overseeing brand positioning, managing marketing budgets, and identifying new growth opportunities in the education and edtech ecosystem.
Qualifications
Growth and performance marketing skills, including campaign strategy, funnel optimization, and experimentation.
Digital marketing capabilities across paid ads, SEO/ASO, email, social media, and marketing automation tools.
Robust analytical skills for data interpretation, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and ROI tracking.
Experience with brand positioning, messaging, and content collaboration for student and school audiences.
