Overview
We're on the lookout for a energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing teams in the UK.
You'll be working with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders across Gallagher to deliver revenue through our campaigns and enhance the customer experience. We’re looking for a data-driven individual who can analyse and interrogate engagement across multiple channels and provide insight to boost our marketing performance.
With excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload, this role would suit an adaptable and motivated individual.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Work with our in-house teams to support the objectives of retention, nurture and lead generation.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, email KPIs and lead data to provide insights to optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Measure and interrogate data from multiple channels to measure engagement and provide insight on the customer experience
Analyse data from our performance dashboards to provide insight for future campaigns
Ensure monthly and quarterly reports are produced to deadlines
Provide insight to our sales teams
Update marketing collateral
Provide proofreading support as required
Monitor Trustpilot reviews for Ireland and monitor our marketing inbox
