About the Role

We are looking for a Technical System Analyst to execute end-to-end SaaS upgrade activities across multiple client environments.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end SaaS upgrade activities across multiple client environments.
Configure, deploy, validate, and support production go-live and post-deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application, batch processing, integration, and performance-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Support system integrations, deployment planning, release management, and environment readiness.




Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and operational stability.
Monitor system health and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Technical Systems Analysis, Production Support, Application Support, or SaaS Upgrade Programs.

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
Solid understanding of batch processing, job scheduling, and system integrations.
Knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals, including servers, operating systems, and monitoring tools.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Trading Systems environments.
Exposure to scripting, XML, networking, monitoring tools, and DR/BCP con
