Threatcop is an AI-powered People Security Management (PSM) platform that enables organisations to build a robust human firewall through automated simulations, self-serve training, and proactive threat mitigation. As Vice President – Sales, you will own the global revenue charter, define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, scale high-performing sales teams, and drive predictable growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines hands-on SaaS selling experience with strategic vision, strong people leadership, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity buying cycles.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets across geographies, with full accountability for bookings, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and growth.
Define and execute Threatcop’s sales strategy and GTM motion for products, including TSAT, TLMS, TDMARC, and TPIR.
Drive new logo acquisition, account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell across enterprise and SME segments.
Build, mentor,



and scale a high-performing sales organization (BDMs, Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Account Managers).
Set clear KPIs, sales processes, incentive structures, and performance management frameworks.
Coach leaders and individual contributors on consultative selling, enterprise deal management, and value-based conversations.
Personally own and close strategic, high-value enterprise deals, acting as executive sponsor where required.
Lead complex sales cycles involving CISOs, CIOs, Risk, Compliance, and senior business stakeholders.
Establish strong CXO-level relationships to position Threatcop as a long-term security partner.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales teams to align messaging, buyer personas, and demand-generation strategies.
Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap and pricing strategy.
