Role Description The Marketing Head – Derma is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Daskroi,



responsible for driving the dermatology portfolio’s marketing strategy and performance. This role oversees brand positioning, market planning, and promotional campaigns for derma products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory standards. The Marketing Head – Derma collaborates closely with sales, medical, R&D;, and manufacturing teams to design and execute go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market and competitor data, guiding pricing and portfolio decisions, managing marketing budgets, and tracking campaign effectiveness. The role also involves mentoring and developing the derma marketing team, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and representing the derma business in internal reviews and external forums.
