About Us
We're a fast-growing European D2C brand in the eye lens and beauty space, now building out our first India office in Delhi after two years of operating in the Indian market. As we scale our local presence, we're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how the brand looks and feels across every consumer touchpoint in India.

Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with D2C experience — ideally from the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle space — to join our India team. You'll work closely with marketing and brand teams to create visuals that drive engagement, conversion, and brand recall across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and the website
Develop packaging, POS, and in-store visual assets
Create assets for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions




Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all markets and formats
Collaborate with content, marketing, and photography/video teams to bring campaigns to life
Adapt global brand assets for the Indian market while maintaining brand consistency
Stay on top of design trends in the D2C and beauty space

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle categories strongly preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Good understanding of social media formats, platform-specific design needs, and current trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced, early-stage environment
Comfortable working on-site/hybrid out of our Delhi office
