Primary Responsibilities

Agile product delivery from design to delivery and production implementation with AI first approach
Technically hands-on and able to inculcate best programming and engineering practices by "doing"
Shall be able to do the people management, work with the team to plan for work & get it delivered from them in sprint over sprint
Estimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
Mentor:



Coach high performing engineering team to build and deliver health care product to market
Engineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and delivery
Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available information
