Role Description
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to own and strengthen the Conscious Food brand across every consumer touchpoint. The role combines brand strategy, content, communication, campaigns and execution.
You will:
Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning and communication across channels.
Own content and communications, including social media, website and other consumer touchpoints.
Plan and execute in-house shoots, content calendars, campaigns and brand activations.
Ensure our brand values and visual identity consistently translate across design, packaging, social media, website, retail and digital platforms.
Work closely with marketing, sales,



product and other teams to bring brand initiatives to life.
Manage external agencies, freelancers and partners where required.
Track consumer insights, market trends and brand performance to inform decisions.
Manage budgets, timelines and reporting for key brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in brand management, content, marketing or communications, preferably in FMCG/food/consumer brands.
Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, storytelling and visual communication.
Excellent content and copy instincts, with an eye for design and detail.
Experience managing social media, campaigns, shoots and external agencies.
Ability to translate a brand’s values into consistent communication across multiple platforms.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and managing multiple projects
