We're looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Executive to help us drive growth across IT services, technology products, and IT staffing solutions in global markets.

? What You'll Do

Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across US, UK, MEA & APAC markets
• Drive outbound efforts: LinkedIn prospecting, cold emails, and calls
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

Sales Support & Deal Execution
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, client discussions, and proposals




• Partner closely with senior sales leaders to help close deals

Solution Understanding
• Build working knowledge of IT Services (Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity), products, and staffing models
• Help position the right solution for the right client need

Client Engagement
• Engage with stakeholders and nurture relationships
• Ensure sharp, timely follow-ups and communication

IT Staffing Coordination
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and track open requirements
• Support closure of staffing positions

Pipeline & Reporting
• Keep CRM data current (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
• Track leads, meetings, and opportunities

✅ What We're Looking For
• 0.5–2 years of experience in business development/sales — IT services, products, or staffing
• Basic understanding of B2B sales
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine willingness to do outbound sales, this role is hunting, not just farming
