Important: This is a full-time, in office role based at JNPT, Nhava Sheva, Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will be expected to work from the office and be closely connected with the business and operational teams.

About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner – Tax & Reporting to join the Corporate Finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, management reporting, taxation, financial planning, treasury, and compliance.

The role combines commercial finance business partnering with strong technical expertise in taxation and financial reporting. The successful candidate will translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights, support strategic decision-making, ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.





This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, attention to detail, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Management Reporting & Business Analysis
Lead the preparation and analytical review of the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Prepare and analyse P&L; performance by business segment, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and business cases to support commercial and financial decision-making.
Prepare financial presentations and performance materials for Board meetings and regional performance reviews.
Perform cost analysis and provide relevant cost information and insights to business and cost owners.
Review quarterly financials of associate companies.
Liaise with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors on financial and accounting matt
