About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused E-Commerce Executive – PPC Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, and driving profitable sales for a skincare or beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Instamart, and other relevant marketplaces.
Manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive website and marketplace sales.
Monitor campaign performance, including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
Optimize product listings in collaboration with the content and design teams to improve ad effectiveness.




Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign insights to recommend growth strategies.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotional opportunities and ad support.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with marketplace advertising features, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in PPC advertising for e-commerce or D2C brands.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign optimization, and performance marketing metrics.
Experience in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry is preferred.
