We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with 9–14 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, integration, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Plugin Development and XrmToolBox, along with a deep understanding of the Dynamics CRM platform, customization frameworks, and enterprise application development.
The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business requirements. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver robust and maintainable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop and implement custom CRM plugins using C# and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Create custom business logic, workflows, actions,



and extensions to meet complex business requirements.
Use XrmToolBox extensively for CRM administration, development, data management, troubleshooting, and solution analysis.
Configure and customize entities, fields, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications using APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics CRM solutions.
Troubleshoot performance, integration, plugin, workflow, and configuration-related issues.
Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and deployment activities.
Ensure development follows Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance considerations.
Support data migration, environment management, solution deployment, and production releases.
