About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide first- and second-line
technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of desktops,
networks, and business applications. You'll be the go-to person for resolving day-to-
day IT issues and maintaining a reliable, secure IT setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organisation.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory / Azure AD.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email (Outlook/Exchange), VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Perform routine maintenance including OS updates, patch management, and antivirus checks.
Log, track,



and resolve tickets through the IT helpdesk/ticketing system within defined SLAs.
Set up new employee workstations and manage IT onboarding/offboarding
Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware).
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty support.
Assist with basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers).
Document recurring issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security practices.
Provide remote support to employees working from home or branch offices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
[0-1] years of experience in IT support/desktop support/helpdesk roles
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
