We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in Databricks to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role requires end-to-end understanding of data pipelines, data models, and reporting layers.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, taking full ownership of analytics solutions from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery. Solid analytical skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical expertise are key for this role.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.
Work closely with Databricks data pipelines, validate backend datasets, and ensure data reliability.
Develop scalable and optimized data models for reporting and analytics.
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and governance standards.
Take end-to-end ownership of reporting solutions, from data ingestion to visualization.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
