Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of website designs.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, and responsive design.
Experience designing up-to-date, clean, and conversion-focused websites.
Ability to create design systems and reusable components.
Experience creating custom icons, illustrations, and visual assets.
Good understanding of UI animations, micro-interactions, and interactive user experiences.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to create developer-friendly designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience designing websites for FinTech, Finance, SaaS,



or Technology companies.
Experience creating Lottie animations for web interfaces using Adobe After Effects and LottieFiles or similar tools.
Familiarity with animation tools such as Lottie, Rive, Figma Smart Animate, and After Effects.
Ability to create lightweight, developer-friendly animations that can be seamlessly integrated into the website.
Understanding of modern UI trends, motion design, and accessibility principles.
Experience collaborating with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and animations.
