Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Executive role based at Eggfirst’s office in Goregaon. The Client Servicing Executive will manage day-to-day communication with clients, understand their business objectives,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns and projects. Responsibilities include handling briefs, preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project progress, and maintaining documentation related to campaigns and approvals. The role involves supporting account planning, monitoring campaign performance, addressing client queries, and ensuring high standards of customer service and relationship management. The Client Servicing Executive will also assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and contribute to strategic initiatives for Tier 2/3 and rural market-focused brands.
Qualifications
Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
