Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to strengthen Pink Farms’ brand and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to measure and report on digital initiatives.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, identifying new digital opportunities, and engaging with online audiences to promote vertical farming and farmland projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing and growing brand presence across key platforms.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategy and Web Analytics, including campaign tracking, performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience with content creation for digital channels (copy, basic visuals), and familiarity with SEO principles is beneficial.
Knowledge of the agriculture, real estate, or sustainability sectors is an advantage.
