Role Description
The Civil Design Engineer Cum Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Pune. This role involves planning, designing,



and reviewing civil engineering projects, including site layouts, infrastructure components, and related technical documentation. The individual will prepare design drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. As a trainer, the role includes developing training modules, delivering classroom and practical sessions on civil design topics, mentoring learners, and evaluating their progress. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams and clients, providing technical guidance, updating training content to reflect industry trends, and supporting continuous improvement of both project delivery and training programs.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world projects.
Experience in Land Development, including site planning, grading
