About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist who can identify, onboard and scale new business opportunities across XML Feeds, Shopping Feeds, Media Buying and Digital Advertising.
You will manage the complete business development cycle:
Prospecting → Outreach → Negotiation → Integration → Launch → Revenue Growth

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard publishers, advertisers, XML/Shopping Feed providers, traffic sources, SSPs, DSPs and AdTech partners.




Develop and manage relationships with international partners.
Generate current business through LinkedIn, email, networking and industry research.
Negotiate commercial terms such as CPC, CPM, CPA and Revenue Share.
Develop new opportunities across XML Feeds, Shopping Feeds and Media Buying.
Evaluate traffic and feed opportunities based on GEO, volume, CPC, CPM, eCPM, RPM and profitability.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for partner integrations and launches.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue, traffic and margins.
Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.
Take ownership of partnerships from initial contact through launch and growth.

Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in AdTech, Business Development, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
Experience working with publishers, advertisers, traffic sources, feed
